According to Hamilton and Norrie in The A to Z of Soul Inspiring Leadership, 2004 "few can say that our work is a vital means of soul expression…a source of inspiration and joy". To paraphrase Howard and Welbourn in The Spirit of Work Phenomenon, 2005, many of us leave our humanity and core values at the door because work produces little search for meaning and purpose. So why do we stay? Why can’t we change our work to match our values?

Nature as our Teacher

I encourage my clients to take time in nature, notice the subtle rhythms and changes, feel part of this grand design….we breathe out, Mother Nature breathes in, Mother Nature breathes out, we breath in.
